Lacuna, LLC(“Lacuna,” “we,” “us”) provides fire sprinkler design services. This policy explains what information we collect from this website and how we use it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
When you submit a Request for Quote, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, company, project description, and any files you upload (drawings, specifications, plans). We use this information only to evaluate the request, respond with a scope and quote, and, if you engage us, to perform the work.
Files you upload through the RFQ form are sent directly from your browser to a Google Drive folder we control. Files are not stored on this site's servers. Google Drive's own terms and security controls apply to data once uploaded.
We use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate visit counts and page performance. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
We treat project drawings, specifications, and related information shared with us as confidential. We do not publish, share, or reuse project material without written permission. If a project requires a non-disclosure agreement before review, ask and we will sign.
We retain RFQ submissions and project files for as long as needed to evaluate the request and perform any engagement that follows. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing support@lacunafire.com.
This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
